What shipped, newest first.

  • 1.9.0

    Team retrospectives

    • Run the sprint retrospective in the same workspace as estimation. Any member can start one from Retros, pick a template (Start / Stop / Continue, Mad / Sad / Glad, 4Ls or What went well) and set a dot budget.
    • Cards stay hidden until the facilitator reveals them, the same rule as a voting round. Cards are anonymous by default, and the database enforces it, not just the screen.
    • Group duplicates into themes by dragging or from a menu on each card, dot-vote the themes in private, then discuss them in the order the team voted for.
    • Action items get an owner and a due date, and open ones carry into the next retro.
    • A closed retro becomes read-only minutes you can copy as Markdown or download as CSV, on every plan.
    • Averages now read as values on your scale. The overall average, the per-team rows and the live average used to print a card's position instead of its value, so Dev 3, QA 8 and DevOps 5 on Fibonacci showed an overall average of 4.0 next to "Snapped to scale: 5". The confidence spread now says it is measured in scale steps.
    • A free planning poker calculator for votes cast somewhere else, and side-by-side comparisons with PlanITpoker, Parabol and Scrum Poker Online.
  • 1.8.1

Secondary text reads clearly on every panel

    • Secondary text is lighter. Field labels, help text, the workspace navigation and the small captions were tuned for the darker panels the dark theme used to have, and they came out dim on the new, lighter surfaces shipped in 1.8.0. Every piece of muted text now clears the WCAG AA contrast minimum on every surface it can sit on.

Guests in the room: invite, join, and appear live

    • Invite guests without leaving the voting room. The share link is created, copied and regenerated from a panel inside the room, so a session no longer breaks to go and fetch a link.
    • A guest now appears the moment they enter. Everyone already in the room used to need a page reload before a new guest showed up in the participant list.
    • Guest share links work again. Anonymous sessions were switched off in the hosting configuration, so every guest link failed at entry with "Could not start a guest session"; both environments are corrected and a daily check now catches that setting drifting again.
    • The room reads more clearly on the dark theme. The table panel and the seats sit on their own surface instead of blending into the page, the estimation seats are solid rather than translucent, and the secondary actions are filled buttons instead of near-invisible outlines.
    • A refused action explains itself next to the button that refused it, and no longer pushes the other controls around when it appears.
