- Do guest voters count as members?
- No. Guests join a voting room from a share link without creating an account, and they never count against your member limit. Every plan includes unlimited guest voters.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual billing saves 20%: Team is $23/mo and Business is $39/mo, billed once a year.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your workspace billing settings. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free.
- Who handles payments, taxes and invoices?
- Paddle is our reseller and Merchant of Record. It processes the payment, handles VAT and sales tax, and issues your invoices.
